Working to Improve the Lives of Others

WFC has partnered with the US Marine Corps to provide new, unwrapped toys to less fortunate children in the community ages 2-14 with the hope that those that are less fortunate will experience the Joy of Christmas.  Toys will be distributed on December 16, 2017 from 10 am -12 pm.  Registration is NOW OPEN, please click the link below to preregister.  Applicants must reside in Cobb County, meet income guidelines and bring identification for parent and each registered child. Toys will be distributed on December 16, 2017 from 10 am -12 pm.  MUST receive notification from WFC to pick up items.

Our Mobile Crisis Truck will go where the need is greatest for people in poverty. It takes the tiniest set back for a person to become homeless.  Therefore, our truck will have grocery bags with items that have been sorted such as bread, produce and canned goods. Additionally, we will have hot and cold food, water, hygiene items, pampers, clothes, shoes, other interventions services that can help people and other token gifts for poor and low income families earning less than $15,000 a year and the homeless. We will also offer to pray with people and invite them to take our free shuttle to Pulse24 Christian Church in Marietta, Georgia.

Warriors for Christ believes that everyone should have the opportunity for equal access to learning the basics of reading, writing, numeracy and digital literacy skills.  L4L is an intervention program to encourage, engage and empower people to read with fluency and comprehension.  We will offer Literacy for Life reading program to both children and adults.  If you are interested in enrolling, please  contact Bridget Bettis at 404-539-6520.
